A simple guide to jarrah timber flooring
Jarrah is one of the few commercial timbers originating from Western Australia. It is a very hard, dense timber (8.5 on the Janka scale) and has a deep rich burgundy colour, it is also resistant to insects.
In our Hutton Street showroom in Osborne Park, we have a large floor display of classic grade Jarrah, plus 4 shelf mounted boards displaying classic grade, feature grade and 2 types of wide board.
*We stock raw Jarrah (which needs sanding and polishing) pre-finished 18mm Jarrah which is factory finished, meaning that you get an 'instant' floor with no fuss or mess plus 14mm Floating floor, plus an 8mm 2 Strip German Jarrah Laminate with a 20 year guarantee.
